These are "adult" sizes. This means you should choose the size you wear if purchasing an "Adult" or "Men's" T-Shirt. The elastic side panels help the vests fit a woman's shape too! They run true to size. If you would normally wear an "Adult Medium" for example, choose a Medium in the vest. Our T-Shirt Size Charts at the link below may help your choices. Vests should feel a bit snug when first putting them on. This allows for the best cooling. Elastic side panels allow for comfortable movement.
The manufacturer recommends patting the inside of the vest dry after soaking, but we like to put them on wet for added cooling.
We recommend wearing the vest over a 100% cotton tee shirt.
